The bank sent the SPO to the previous Real Estate agent and not my current agent.?
The bank told my current agent they sent the SPO to the previous agent. My current agent contacted the previous agent who first said she did not receive anything. The next day she found information in her trash bin in her email. But it was 2 days too late. The bank closed the file and said they are going to send my hoe to Trustee Sale. Apparently the negotiator at the bank did not look into the short sale file for the last two months when the new information had been uploaded. This does not sound right to me. Any ideas out there how I can save myself from a Trustee Sale and get the short sale to go through?
